Cooking Instructions

Serves: 4
Serving Size: 1 cup prepared (approx. 150g)

1. In a saucepan, heat 1 tbsp oil or butter over medium heat.

2. Add entire contents of risotto mix and toast for 1 minute.

3. Add 3 cups of water (or broth) gradually, stirring frequently.

4. Simmer uncovered for 18–22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender and creamy.

5. Add extra water as needed for desired consistency.

6. Optional: Stir in 1 tbsp of cream or grated cheese before serving.
